  • 2. Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Basis: Purposes: – Ensuring the functionality of the website, – Collecting data on website traffic and frequently searched information, – Displaying advertisements based on previous shopping or search preferences.

    Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR: The visitor/user has given consent for processing their data for at least one specific purpose.     • Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): The user may request deletion of their personal data if legally justified, for example: Personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, Consent has been withdrawn, Personal data was processed unlawfully.
    • Right to Restriction of Processing: The user may request restriction of personal data processing under certain legal conditions.
    • Right to Object: The user has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, particularly if there are doubts about the legal basis for processing.
    • Right to Data Portability: In certain cases, the user has the right to request the transfer of personal data provided to the operator.
    • Right to Withdraw Consent: The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time if personal data processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
    • Right to Lodge a Complaint: The user has the right to file a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection: Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, https://dataprotection.gov.sk, Tel.: +421 (2) 3231 3214, Email: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk. Users can exercise the above rights at any time via email at info@tmkg.sk or in writing to the operator’s registered office. The operator will process the request in accordance with legal deadlines.
